Booking a Function at the Longy is Easy---follow these easy steps

• Read through the following information and select the most appropriate room for your function
• Fill out the enquiry form online or fax through the sheet stating the room required, date, type of function etc.
• The Function Manager will call you regarding your enquiry within 48hours
• We will then together, discuss the remaining details and send you the Function Info Pack so we can start finalising your event.

Catering Menu

There are two types of functions menus available at the Longy.

1. Set-Menu (Sitting) 10 to 30 people
2. Cocktail Menu (Standing) 10 minimum

Once you have decided on the type of function you wish to have we will send you the corresponding menu to help you decide how best to cater for it.

1. Set-Menu (Sitting) 10 to 30 people

Is available 7 days a week, subject to availability. If there is anything in particular that you may like please let us know and we will try our hardest to cater for your needs. Prices include GST. The menu is subject to change without notice, however, we will endeavour to inform the host of any changes ASAP.

2. Cocktail Menu (Standing) 10 minimum

Our most standard of function menus is our cocktail menu. All you basically have to do is choose enough platters to suit your appetite or on how much you want to spend. Additions for these types of menu's can be made on the day for those functions that seem to expand overnight. (Subject to availability). All food is served on platters with condiments and napkins. The platters are placed on tables and brought out at intervals discussed prior to your event. All Platters to be served by 10pm.
